“ Booked a table in this restaurant as we were staying in the local area. First thing to say is the service was super friendly and helpful. Would come back for this alone. The food was classic family Italian, with a selection of favourites all delivered as you would hope for. There were lots of other tables turning over while we were there which is another food sign. All in, no issue recommending La Saporita if you are looking for a good family Italian restaurant. ”
“ We visited on a quite busy Sunday afternoon. We were welcomed by a very friendly man. We didn’t have booking but it was not an issue. We were given tap water without even asking which was very nice. The menu has lots of options. More importantly there is a lot of vegetarian options. We ordered calamari to start with, one pizza and one veal escalope with spaghetti on the side- which is quite interesting option. Portions are quite big. Food was very tasty. Dessert was easy to choose as the homemade tiramisu was a must to try. We also had ice cream. Desserts were delicious. Tiramisu the best one we tried among all the Italian restaurants we visited. Pistachio ice cream flavour was incredible. Service was amazing. The man who I believe was a manager was looking after every table with a big smile on his face. The decor of the place stands out too. Every detail was thought through. Very nice experience in the restaurant. We will be back. Grazie mille. ”

Deapite it being a busy night,which was expected, the staff managed the rush perfectly and provided friendly and efficient service. We had tasty arancini and fried camembert. The gorgonzola gnocchi were mouthwatering. Premises had a welcoming atmosphere, and the bathroom was sparkly clean and well maintained. We very much enjoyed and look forward to coming again ”

We were not the easiest customers; a very large group of children celebrating birthday on a very busy Sunday afternoon. Despite all this, the service was faultless, the food and drinks were great, the 16" pizzas were impressive, the arancini was superb, and as a result we have recommended La Saporita to others for takeaway and dine-in alike.
